Ailesbury Road

The refurbishment and extension of a four-storey listed semi-detached house in South Dublin, located on one of Dublin’s most desirable streets. The works included the restoration of the existing building envelope and a very high quality fit out to create a luxury residence in a highly sought-after residential area. All coving, cornicing and ceiling roses were restored to enhance the original features of the property.
