Claridge’s Restaurant

Rainey & Best contributed Quantity Surveying and Project Management services throughout the refurbishment and fit out of the iconic Claridge’s restaurant and bar.

This classically inspired but contemporary restaurant project was completed to the highest of standards within Claridge’s Hotel. The hotel remained occupied and operational throughout the works; a collaborative working approach was adopted to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget. Particular consideration was required regarding minimising disruption for guests whereby Rainey & Best played an integral part in advising, planning, and delivering the works in line with such requirements.
