Premier Inn

Construction of the new Premier Inn, comprising 81 rooms, at Belfast International Airport is currently underway, having commenced in February 2025, with completion scheduled for September 2026. Designed to offer comfort, convenience, and accessibility for both business and leisure travellers, the hotel will feature a range of high-quality amenities. These include an on-site restaurant and bar, 125 dedicated parking spaces (including seven accessible bays), landscaped grounds, and enhanced site and airport access.

Rainey & Best are acting on behalf of JHT Hotels Ltd as Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors for this project. Our responsibilities include ensuring effective design coordination, managing and liaising with the client-appointed design team, and valuing and certifying the main contractor’s ongoing works.
