Established in 1958, Rainey & Best offers professional consultancy services in Quantity Surveying, Contractor Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, Construction Project Management, FF&E Project Management and Construction Contract Consultancy. We are based in the UK and Ireland but offer our services internationally and have worked on projects in numerous countries across three continents.
The Practice has amassed extensive experience in the successful delivery of projects in both the Public and Private Sectors including Hotels, Leisure, Offices, Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Health, Pharma, Education, Residential, Conservation, Civil Engineering and Public Realm works. Our Team
The renovation, restructuring and extension of an existing hotel to create a new cliff edge luxury hotel and spa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea just outside Monaco, France. The hotel includes 88 Nr suites, reception areas, underground car parking, meeting and conference facilities, a spa, bars, internal and roof top restaurants and 8 swimming pool areas. The project includes significant cliff stabilisation works and complex ground works to create the new extension which is built into the cliff face.
